Camaros of all sorts are seen throughout Southern Oregon, and it's about time there was more than just a friendly wave while passing on opposite lanes. Camaros of Southern Oregon (CSO) is meant to gather Camaro enthusiasts and their Camaros and make an impact on our beautiful communities. Keep your eyes on the website, as it's going through many changes. We'll have a lot of things to do in the coming months--car washes, car shows, cruise nights, poker runs, improv shows, and many more! Friday, May 18th, 2012: Camaros of Southern Oregon Meeting
Since we haven't heard from the owners of Debby's Diner, we will be meeting at the same place as usual, Dairy Queen
1078 Morrow Road, Medford, OR. Please Make your best effort to come to this meeting, this will also be the last chance to sign up for the Memorial Day Parade in Grants Pass, May 26th. We will be discussing going to the 2nd Annual Altered Vison Car Show May 19th as a group. Again, Please Make your best effort to come to this meeting and give some input and have some fun. We should also go for a cruise after the meeting in downtown Medford.
Saturday, May 5th, 2012: Merlin Magical Day Parade & Car Show
We will be meeting at Umpqua Bank (The only one in Merlin), Located at 3600 Merlin Road, around early 9am. The Parade starts at 10am so the roads will be closed off near that time. We will not be in this parade, but will be attending the Car Show.
Registration for the show starts at 8:30am and the show goes till about 2pm.
Car show is located at the Merlin Moose Lodge 330 Merlin Avenue.

Friday, April 20th, 2012: Camaros of Southern Oregon Meeting
Don't forget about our meeting this Friday at 6pm. Another Car Club will be joining us to socialize. This will be the last day to register for the Parade so if you haven't already, do it soon. We will also be talking about doing the Merlin Magical Parade May 5th at 11am. There will also be a Car show after the Merlin Parade, more details coming to the events page. We will be hosting a car show at Jim Sigel on Wednesday, July 25th 2012. The car show will most likely be from 4:30-7:30pm. We may be making it part of the Fabulous 50's car show and hopefully have even more cars than last year. The show will be free, with trophies and may possibly have drink and food venders there. Make sure to clear this on your calendar! We need as many volunteers as possible from our club or from other sources! Please let me know if you can volunteer or even just make it on the forums.

This car show was fun and we had 5 Camaros show up from our club!
Yet again Marty won a trophy with is yellow Z28, congrats!

September 18, 2011: A.D.O.S. Car Show
Assisting Deployed Oregon Soldiers car show is fund raising to help support the soldiers of Oregon that are deployed overseas. It will be located at the Josephine County FairGrounds in Grants Pass, OR 1451 Fairgrounds Rd (off of Redwood Highway) from 9am-3pm.
Registration is from 9am-11am with a registration fee of $15.00. For more info call Daniel at (541) 441-8211. There will also be an interesting Car Drifting Event to watch during the car show.

September 16, 2011: 3rd Friday Meeting will be at Angelos Pizza with Free Pizza!
On the 3rd Friday of September, our usual meeting will be at Angelos Pizza. The owner, and one of our members, Pat Folger has offered our club free pizza that night! On Wednesday, the 24th, Papa Johns in Grants Pass located at 107 SW 4th ST, Has decided to give free large pizzas to all Camaro Owners! More info will be coming, however I think a Camaro convoy is in order! Come to the meeting tonight at Sonic, so we discuss whats going to happen afterwards!

On July 28th, The Back to the 50's week is having a Poker Run. We would love to have a Camaro Convoy going around hitting up all the poker stands, kinda like the Corvette Club does (except smaller :P).

Just a quick reminder that there is a Camaros of Southern Oregon meeting today. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the upcoming C.S.O. car show July 27 at Jim Sigel, and to meet with each other to get to know people in the club. The Rogue Valley Classic Chevy club will be there becuase it is their normal meeting spot so there will be plenty nice cars to look at! Try to bring your Camaro if you can, but if you can't, come anyways. Hope to see you guys there!

Camaros of Southern Oregon Members and other Camaro owners I am attempting to arrange a Car Show Wednesday, July 27 during the Fabulous 50's Car Cruise Week. I noticed that they have no events scheduled that day and thought that we should have a Car Show with a Camaro section and other hot rods section. If you are able to help out in any way or have ideas for the show please call, E-mail, or post on the forums page of the site. I would appreciate use of the forums though.
